By using the InnerQuest AI mobile application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service description

The App offers AI-driven self-discovery conversations across topics such as personality, relationships, career, philosophy, religion, and politics. Outputs are auto-generated and intended for entertainment and self-reflection only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.

3. AI content disclaimer

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, submit hateful or violent content, or attempt to reverse engineer the App.

5. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store. Auto-renewal can be managed in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul.

InnerQuest AI uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet tanımı

Uygulama; kişilik, ilişki, kariyer, felsefe, din ve siyaset gibi konularda AI destekli kendini keşfetme sohbetleri sunar. Çıktılar yalnızca eğlence ve kişisel yansıma amaçlıdır.

2. Yaş koşulu

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 17 yaşında olmalısınız.

3. AI içerik feragati

AI yanıtları tıbbi, psikolojik veya hukuki tavsiye yerine geçmez.

4. Abonelikler

Abonelikler Apple App Store üzerinden faturalandırılır. Otomatik yenileme, yenileme tarihinden en az 24 saat önce Apple ID ayarlarından iptal edilebilir.

5. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
