This Privacy Policy describes how the InnerQuest AI mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. The App is operated by Gizem Keskin, registered in Türkiye.

1. What data do we collect?

• Profile data you enter: your name or nickname.
• Conversation data: stored only on your device using local storage. We do not transmit them to our own servers.
• Settings: theme, language preference.
• Anonymous crash data: anonymous diagnostic data with no personal identifiers.
• Subscription state: validated via Apple App Store; we receive purchase tokens but no payment card details.

We do not collect: email, phone number, address, payment details, location, contacts, photos, or microphone.

2. Third parties

• Google Gemini API: your messages are sent to Google's servers to generate AI responses.
• Apple App Store: handles subscription payments.
• RevenueCat: receives purchase tokens to manage your subscription state.

3. Children

The App is not intended for users under the age of 17.

4. Data retention and deletion

All data lives on your device. Uninstalling the App or using Settings → Delete All Data removes it permanently.

1. Hangi verileri topluyoruz?

• Profil verileri: ad veya takma adınız.
• Sohbet verileri: yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
• Ayarlar: tema, dil tercihi.
• Anonim çökme verisi: kişisel kimlik bilgisi içermez.

2. Üçüncü taraflar

• Google Gemini API: AI yanıtı üretmek için mesajlarınız Google sunucularına gönderilir.
• Apple App Store: abonelik ödemelerini yönetir.
• RevenueCat: abonelik durumunuzu yönetir.

3. Çocuklar

Uygulama 17 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır.

4. Veri silme

Tüm veriler cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya Ayarlar → Tüm Verileri Sil kullanmak verileri kalıcı olarak siler.
